Today for salenm+ high grade, beautiful copy of. Spider-man #65 cgc 9.8. White covre polybag variant. Hard to find in high grade. Extraoridnary copy that not only is hard to find in high grade-it's hard to find period. This book was upblished by marvel in 1996 in conjunction with three other spider-man titles that month which included amazing spider-man, sensational spider-man and spider-man (proper). Each of these titles featured a white variant cover which was polybaged with a ramones cassette tape. These variants ahd a print run of under 5000 cps. Each, and due to the nature of the polybag with the cassette tape, it is increasingly hard to find this book in high grade 9.6 or higher.
In fact, it's typically difficult to find any single one of these four 'chase' covers in high grade or other wise. The very nature of the low print run and exclusive distribution on these books makes them harder and harder to find sa time goes on. Also, each of these four title's covers, when laid together, form a larger image. The background of each cover features 1/4 of a giant spider, and wehn put together, the full image is formed.
